Welcome to the EchoBond! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application (the "App") and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The App provides users with a collection of interactive visual novels and stories (the "Content"). Users can read and make choices within the stories, influencing the direction and outcome of the narrative.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the service will meet your requirements or be available uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the service. Any reliance on such information is strictly at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall EchoBond, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you or any other party for any loss or damages arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid to us within the last twelve months.
These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore.
By using the Service, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old, and are fully able to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms, and to abide by and comply with these Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms, and we reserve the right to use subcontractors to provide the Service. You may not assign your rights and obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
We may revise these Terms from time to time, and we will post the most current version on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are made will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
